Official sources and version notes

This manual teaches through original examples and explanations. It cites primary documentation so that you can inspect the exact API or platform rule behind a claim. Source verification date for this edition: 2026-10-03. Checking a source is not the same thing as executing the sample in Studio.

How to resolve uncertainty

Use the engine API reference for a property's type, supported methods and execution constraints. Use Creator Hub guides for workflows and concepts. Use the current Creator Dashboard and the detailed publishing rules for eligibility; an old tutorial screenshot is not authoritative for account access.

If an official overview conflicts with its detailed section, do not hide the conflict. The publishing lesson names one such inconsistency. Check the current UI or official support before taking an irreversible or costly action. Record the page and date when a change affects your project.

Edition limitations

The supplied source files were reviewed and checked as recorded in VALIDATION.md, but were not run in Studio during preparation. The runtime checklists are work for the learner or a later verified test pass. The manual does not guarantee publishing eligibility, device performance, moderation outcomes or future API compatibility.
