Use this template in a private note when asking for help. Fill in only what is needed. A website may copy the current public lesson ID, title and link automatically; your own code, errors and observations must still be supplied deliberately.

smallest fix, and give a verification test. Distinguish documentation
facts from guesses. Do not assume you can inspect my Studio session.

What to attach

Attach the current lesson's .md file and the relevant edited scripts as .luau or plain text. A small Explorer screenshot can show an unexpected parent or class. Include surrounding code when a callback uses a value defined elsewhere. Do not attach every file in a private project when one mechanic is enough.

The downloadable course code is a baseline. If the failing script differs, attach the version actually running. Include the first relevant error rather than only a later nil value produced by the original failure.

Private means deliberate

Review the text before sending. Remove passwords, API keys, authentication cookies, recovery codes, unnecessary account identifiers, private chat, child identifying information and private family notes. Public lesson context can be shared; personal context should be added only when useful and appropriate.

Browser storage is device/browser-local, may be cleared, and should not be treated as encrypted storage. Export important private notes to a location you control. Importing an export should be a deliberate action, particularly on a shared computer.
